1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is damaged in transit

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products

  • Electrical items damaged due to improper installation

  • Items without original packaging

3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Replacement
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

5. Installation Advisory
We recommend professional installation for all lighting and electrical components. Warranty may be void if damage is caused by incorrect installation.
